We hired Lior of Remodeling San Diego on two separate occasions to upgrade rental apartments. We were very pleased with his service. He is professional, shows up on time, keeps the work place clean, does what he says he’s going to do, and his pricing is very fair! The best part of everything was that Lior made a suggestion about the layout of the kitchen which was absolutely fantastic. We hadn’t even thought of changing the layout. His change made more room to move and even added more cabinet space. None of the other contractors even thought of it. He’s very creative so get his insights about colors, layouts, etc. He’s now are go to guy for maintenance and remodeling needs.

Lior and Ernesto helped me out on an urgent water damage related repair work. The drywall and plywood platform beneath my Water Heater and A/C needed to be replaced and that area repainted. They removed the heater and cut away the damaged parts. Put in new drywall, textured and painted it. Then put the heater back. It looks completely new as if nothing happened. The paint work matches rest of the garage. It took mostly a day. They charged me reasonably and had also explained to me any surprises that may come up during the process. Fortunately there was not any major unforeseen issues. They were on time, courteous and very much in tune with what I expected of them. I am going to be a returning customer for anything in my home! Definitely recommended!

He provided a detailed and professional bid (at a reasonable cost), and his team have done excellent work. Our project included refinishing a fireplace (amazing tile work), installing a new sliding door in a bedroom, flooring, replacing our front door and a host of other odds/ends. We chose Lior and Remodeling San Diego for an extensive second story remodel on our 1920s craftsman/Tudor home in San Diego. The renovation included working with an architect, securing a historical review/permissions, and extensive planning and permitting, including plumbing and electrical, in order to extend a dormer in order to add a master bathroom upstairs. The renovation also included moving a doorway, adding a master closet, as well as constructing a laundry closet in attic space. Lior’s timeline for the entire project–six weeks–was swift, but he and his crew stuck to it, worked consistently every day, and passed every inspection with flying colors. Lior was also a great listener, sensitive to our style and the historic integrity of our house, and made adjustments to plans as we went with minimal added expense and changes to the timeline. His crew was quiet, respectful, and hardworking, and left the job site in good condition every day. Overall, I found Lior to be trustworthy, committed to quality, and proud of his work; and always willing to correct any small errors or ‘slips’ that inevitably happen in a complex project. The end results of our project are beautiful and have greatly enhance the comfort and value of our home. We recommend Lior and Remodeling San Diego!

We were referred to Lior Peled and Remodeling San Diego by an acquaintance who said he was reliable and reasonable.
The entire house needed interior paint, including many built-ins, and the floors throughout needed a variety of remedies. Additionally, there were several small repairs. In the course of the work, Lior was attentive to details and the quality of the work. He was also creative in finding solutions to problems as they arose, always keeping us on budget. He was very easy to communicate with and always responsive. His work crew were on time, respectful, and hardworking. We finished on time and on budget and we are extraordinarily happy with the result.
The house shows very well and everyone remarks on how beautiful it is. We were so pleased with the whole process we have asked Lior to do more work in our personal homes. We absolutely recommend him for all kinds of jobs, large and small. He is a pleasure to work with.

Lior responded to our request for a bid in a timely manner. He evaluated our remodeling needs including replacing kitchen, breakfast room and two bathrooms cabinets. He took all the time that we needed to answer all of our questions. His straightforward project bid, which came to us by email, was extremely reasonable for the scope of the work that was to be done.
We had an old tired chipboard kitchen that was first installed when our home was built back in 1987. Wow! Did Lior and his team deliver! His team of contractors is outstanding: Pablo (tile work), Julio (quartz countertops), Dallas (plumbing) and Jose (cabinetmaker) and the rest of his team were incredible professionals – polite, punctual, kind, considerate, responsive and kept our home as clean as possible. They also stand behind their work. Any minor problems that we had have been promptly resolved to our satisfaction. We are delighted with our remodel! We believe that the work done has added greatly to our enjoyment and value of our home. Should we ever need to hire a home remodeling contractor again, we will immediately call Remodeling San Diego!
